Symmetric mechanical three-roll roller
Two lower rolls and a vertically moving upper roll for conventional arcs and cylinders.
PROCESS OVERVIEW
How the process fits your production
Positioned rolls form arcs, cylinders and cones. The arrangement changes pre-bending, handling and workpiece control. Dedicated profile rollers use tooling matched to structural sections.
- Symmetric lower rolls
- Upper-roll adjustment
- Mechanical drive
- Cylinder and arc forming
Typical applications
- General cylinders
- Medium-duty shells
- Curved plate components
Material considerations
Plate with a stated yield strength. Profile machines also require section dimensions, bend orientation and section properties.
Select around the finished part
Establish how the plate ends are pre-bent. A rolling capacity does not confirm end-bending capacity; review repositioning steps.
Prepare your inquiry
Provide width, thickness, yield strength and finished diameter. Distinguish rolling from pre-bending ratings and review cone work, support and shell removal.

Compare these fields with the proposed model's technical sheet. Material, part geometry and the configured options determine the working capacity.
| Specification | Configuration requirement |
|---|---|
| Layout | Upper travel and lower-roll spacing. |
| Process | End preparation and diameter limits. |
| Plate | Width, thickness, yield strength and minimum diameter. |
| Pre-bending | End capacity and remaining flat length. |
| Rolls | Diameters, adjustment and drive configuration. |
| Handling | Shell support, cone setup and removal. |
