NC hydraulic press brake
Numerical positioning for repeat jobs with a simple bending workflow.
PROCESS OVERVIEW
How the process fits your production
Form sheet metal between a punch and die. Compare drive architectures, ram control, backgauge positioning and tooling alongside the published SNSIE press brake series.
- Hydraulic bending
- Numerically positioned backgauge
- Reusable job settings
- Operator-managed bend sequence
Typical applications
- Simple flanges
- Maintenance workshops
- Small repeat batches
Material considerations
Carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet. Force depends on material strength, thickness, bend length and die opening.
Select around the finished part
Confirm which axes are controlled and which settings remain manual. NC positioning does not by itself establish CNC simulation or automatic angle correction.
Prepare your inquiry
Provide the longest bend, material grade, thickness, flange geometry and output target. Check tooling, daylight, stroke, throat and backgauge against the complete bend sequence.

Compare these fields with the proposed model's technical sheet. Material, part geometry and the configured options determine the working capacity.
| Specification | Configuration requirement |
|---|---|
| Axes | Ram and backgauge control scope. |
| Memory | Job storage and multi-step support. |
| Bending capacity | Force and working length for the specified material and tooling. |
| Working envelope | Stroke, daylight, throat and usable tooling space. |
| Positioning | Backgauge axes, travel and part support. |
| Bend control | Synchronization, crowning and angle feedback. |
