Fully electric CNC tube bender
Coordinated servo axes for automatic feed, rotation and complex bend sequences.
PROCESS OVERVIEW
How the process fits your production
Tube bending controls feed, rotation and bend angle around a forming die. Tooling and support manage wall thinning, wrinkles and ovality for the required radius.
- Servo-controlled motions
- Automatic multi-bend programs
- 3D collision review
- Head/tooling options to confirm
Typical applications
- Complex 3D tubes
- Repeat production parts
- Coordinated profile bending
Material considerations
Round, square and shaped tubes. Feasibility depends on wall thickness, material strength, diameter and radius.
Select around the finished part
Validate the 3D part with the proposed tooling. Tight radii and thin walls may require mandrels, wipers or booster assistance.
Prepare your inquiry
Supply a 3D drawing with centerline radii, tube dimensions and material. Check collisions, straight lengths, mandrel needs and acceptable surface marks.
